Spark Overseas accepted 3 resumes and cash from candidates to send abroad for job. we tried to connect on regular basis and keep on promises like our work will done on time.
we have crossed all our deadlines and all their assurance get failed. Now when they candidates wants to money refund but non of them accepting our calls. We are defaulter and looser.
