This complaint is against TRAVOLOOK company which is still looting innocent people like me. It has to be stopped immediately.
They book airline tickets and as soon as debit/ credit cards are debited, they send email stating that ticket has not been booked and you will receive the refund amount.
But no refund is credited.
They are crooks and the strict action should be initiated against the company so that further people are not cheated by them.
