This is vani i have returned one product on 8th december, and there was issue against it. I have raised a complaint against it on 19th Dec , but still it is pending . My complaint id is COM00028833751.
The issue was , i have yet to return two products, but the different logistic partner has picked up my product and denied to give the ack copy also, AARA solid top and CLOTHZY were the two products , AARA was supposed to be picked up by shadowfax, but logistic partner of ECOM Express has wrongly picked it and not updated in the portal too, now the product is not with me and the refund also not received.
I am following up on daily basis with the customer care executives, no one taking this issue seriously and no action has been taken from their end till date.
