I have taken Airtel connection and pre-paid amount for 3 months advance and after one month disconnected for some personal reason, now when i am reaching out for my refund they are playing game with me that game is “Holding my call” they are keep holding my call until i am loosing my passions (30mins +) – Requesting Airtel to please look into this matter we don’t have this much time to deal with your customer care executive for this small amount.
