I want to refound against the cancel order (OR009929BWB-009A) my refund amount is rs1648
Regarding this, i have complained to the medlife customer care many times at least (30 mail) as well as discussed our issue over the phone but to date, they can not refund my money.
I have also shared my ac details with them . they update our app refound initiate bur doesn’t cr. in my account as on till date . for ref I have attached courier received and app screenshot where clearly mention your return pickup received in medlife warehouse
