I ordered for black shoe bata model on 13/10/2018 vide order no 6268741699 on paytm account. Due to wrong products received I returned the same on 27/10/2018.
I continuing writing to refund the amount of Rs. 769/- either my bank account or my paytm wallet but still after passing more than a month my refund amount is not received.
I am in depression and having doubt on paytm customer care. It is great concern of paytm because likewise their regular customer think before placing order.
Again I am requested to credit my refund and inform.
