I have raised order for grocery items and made payment through sodexo online. When the order was brought by the delivery executive to me, delivery executive asked me to pay the charges for the entire order no – 15998896799034042A. Screenshot of orders attached for reference. I am also attaching sodexo debit amount for the order for reference. I have not paid the amount to delivery executive so he took the order back but still i have not received credit of sodexo debit charges refund.
Please refund debited amount to sodexo at earliest as order items were returned.
Raised complaint in jiomart grievance cell having ticket no as – Ticket No:6013693139. Almost 45 days have gone from trasaction date still refund not given by Jio mart.
