I made a deposit of 9000 INR on 3rd JUN and they said they didn’t receive the amount. Later I contacted the bank and they gave a confirmation that the payment was successful and credited to the beneficiary account.
I contacted parimatch support team and they asked me to get an official letter from the bank along with the stamp. I did provide the same and it’s been 6 months now and still there is no update. Just getting single response that the team is working on.
