I have book ticket in Travolook at 19 January 2022. From ranchi to Delhi of Rs 1794 reference number REF074972535 . Payment was done by debit card and its was successful but after approx 30 minutes calls comes from Travolook side state the ticket was cancelled and you will get the refund in 9 – 10 days but it is more the 50 days i didn’t get any refund . And i complain every day but they don’t process the refund.plz sir help me to get the refund.
