I ordered 2 A/C on Amazon and paid Rs.68980 in advance,
I have to get a delivery on 19 feb2023 but got delivery of 1 A/C only
When I called to Amazon coustomer care they told me that your second A/C is not in stock and not any chance to deliver it to you so please cancel order price of Rs 32794
I cancelled it on 19 Feb ,
Today is 1 March I didn’t get my refund yet ,
I called to Amazon coustomer care about refund so many times but always they told me please 1 -2 days
Today also I called them but same response from them ,
Today they removed my cancel order also from my order list of Amazon app.
