On 22nd May I bought Qarar airways ticket through via.com. Due to pre registration issue i could not travel and subsequently i initiated cancellation. Qatar airways confirmed 100% refund and they have shared refund credit note. This money is holding by via.com when asked they are they informe that they are not holding the funds.
