I had booked to & fro flight tickets for 3 persons from VIA.COM last year. Both going and return tickets were booked in AIR INDIA. However, the flights got cancelled. The details of my tickets are – VIA.COM Booking ID: FMNAA39WBX41T, Airline PNR ZBCW1 and the E Ticket numbers are 0983756866971, 0983756866972 and 0983756866973. I had tried contacting both VIA.COM & AIR INDIA number of times for the refund, but no one is responding properly. When I am trying to contact VIA.COM they are saying that the Airline has not yet refunded the amount and when I am contacting AIR INDIA, they are saying that VIA.COM should raise a refund request.
