On November 29, 2022, I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi for two passengers with Booking ID: VID8866060386 through Varafi Travels which is a subsidiary of Wing In Travel Advisory Private Limited. The Varafi Travels shared the ticket with me with INVALID PNR which was acknowledge by the Airlines.
So, on December 07, 2022, I placed a booking abortion request with Varafi. The booking was aborted same day and as per the email from Varafi, they have processed the refund of INR 6186.00 to source which is not credited to the source account till date.
Hence, I request you to please look into the issue and help me getting the refund against the cancelled booking.
I have attached the copy of mails exchanged between me and Varafi team for your reference.
