i have booked flight tickets on travo look against reference number REF383449455 on 11th Feb 2022.
It has been more than 1.5 months of endlessly calling and waiting for the refund on given timelines of 5-7 days at least 5 times before this now from travo look.
Every time the customer care executive gives a random timeline to wait for refund mail or call back ranging from 5 mins to 12 hours with no show later?!
After being pissed with all this, I have finally no stone unturned to take help from you and file a complaint against travo look.
