Text of Complaint by Harsh Sharma:

 I have given request for Airtel broadband at my hometown i.e Ambala Cantt on dtd 18.06.2021
Airtel sales team called me ( +917947038371 Sales team number) and visited my home on dtd 19.06.2021 and taken all required documents as well as requested online payment, link received through SMS from 121.
I have done payment of INR 3532/- on same day 19.06.2021 which is 6 months advance rental fee.. Payment receipt attached.

Sales member replied that installation will be completed within 24 working hours.
Also landline number has been generated 01714025398 which is also shown on airtel thanks app.
I have received called from Airtel technician on 22.06.21 that installation cant be completed as no feasibility at your area. I have requested for my refund of INR 3532/- to 121 customer care even many emails but no one is able to findout my details as well as no response on this matter.
