Text of Complaint by Tushar Gupta:

I had requested for a Airtel Fibre broadband connection 15 days back but after the completion of verification process and process of payment, Internet Service Provider told me that there is no feasibility in your area for this connection so I asked them to cancel the order and refund my payment but now it’s over 15 days I have no cancellation ticket and no update regarding that and also the ISP is not ready to listen me and to take my calls, So, I please request you to make any arrangements with Airtel and cancel the order and refund my amount as soon as possible.
