Dear Sir/Madam
I am have 2 Big Bazar Profit Club membersip cards, one issued in my name and another in the name of my wife the details of which is give below:
Card No./Validity In the name of
92259044690486 (27.09.21 – 28.02.23) Amith Kumar Saraf (Myself)
92277669001144 (27.09.21 – 28.02.23) Ranjana Saraf (my wife)
Both the above cards have an unutilised balance of Rs. 6000/- each with a total of Rs. 12000/- considering total of both the cards.
Now since all the Big Bazar stores are closed and I am not able to claim my money, neither I am getting any information about the satus of refund as their customer care no. 18002662255 and email id care@bigbazar.com is not active.
You are thus requested to instruct the company to refund us the amount lying with them as advance payment on account of deposits as Big Bazar Profit Club Membership Card.
