I have booked a ticket on the 20th of October for the 11th November journey. The ticket got canceled by Travolook and their refund policies suggest that it should be reflected within 7-10 working days. It has been more than the given time and I didn’t receive any refund till now. They cancel the flight just after your booking and keep the money with them.
