We had planned for trip and had book ticket from Mumbai to Srinagar via Travolook site for Indigo airlines on 2nd January 2022. We got message at midnight from travolook that out ticket is cancelled and we will get refund amount in 7 to 10 working days still. Still after calling again and again costumer service people are people are saying it will be done in 1 week then again after calling they told us it will be done in 7 to 10 working days. Its 5th Feb 2022 still no confirmation or refund money from Travolook
