Regret to inform you that on 8th of Sep 2021 My jio services were uninstalled just after 8 days of use. All items were removed from my residence after which I was told that within 7 to 14 working days my refund would be initiated. But till today this has not been effected.
Called and Mailed Jio Fiber Customer Care at least 5 times and everytime the standard reply by mailee , raised the query to the highest level, but cannot tell the exact date when refund will be affected. Whereas the reply on the phone was that every time they said in 2 to 3 days the fund will be sent to me, but I am sorry to mention that weeks are passing but still I didn’t receive a pie.
I had also raised this issue with Mr. Tajjudin, incharge of Kolkata Kasba Area and his reply is also Work in Progress . More than a week has passed since then. Even mailed Mr. Mukesh Ambani and overall head of Kolkata , Mr. Subhendu Bhattacharya but received no reply from them. It is really sad.
This attitude of the Company is not really understood by me. I had even told everyone to arrange their Kolkata office to pay cash to me and take receipt from me and subsequently make stop payment and check where their system has gone wrong. But they would prefer to make the customer wait for months instead .
Also they are not willing to pay a penalty for their own fault.
