Dear Airtel Head Officer
I have applied DTH connection and Broadband Connection yesterday , Yesterday I spoken to your representative (TL) Mr.Vigneshwaran, He asked me payment 4,328/- for that connection, I have transferred amount from my bank account to your airtel account directly, I have given payment details below, please note that, after the payment received your technician Mr.Perumal visited in my location and He said we don’t have any distribution box here, so we are not able to give connections to your home as per your request, And I spoken to your Airtel Staff TL Team Leader, He said, sorry for the inconvenience sir, we are not able to give connection so far, I’ll refund your amount to your account like he promised me, But still I haven’t received my amount or cancelled and refund confirmation message to my registered my mail I’d, I really disappointed about your service, I need refund my Advance amount 4,328/-, I don’t want to take legal auction further, refund the amount to my account immediately.
