I have ordered 1 ton AC Lloyd on 9 th of July and the delivery date was 17 th July, order is not delivered till date. Whenever the customer care and grievance cell, they are asking for 48 hrs resolution each time I contacted them. They are not ready to deliver the product neither initiating my refund . I have purchased this AC for my new house which is under fit out, due to delay i was forced to buy an AC to replace the ordered AC from flipkart and incurred a loss of rupees 5000. The online platform is not ready to refund the money.
