I have placed order to sri luxmipathy sari on 25.6.23 ONDC@mystore.my order id is OND13925. I received defective sari which has black lines.I requested for return and refund but no response. I also spoke to seller as well as customer care they assured me that I will get refund within 48 hours but till date no positive response. Its been whole month I am following up sending mails but seems t useless.
