Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to bring it to your kind attention that we had paid a court fee amounting to Rs.7500/- before National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission(NCDRC) for the purpose of filing a fresh complaint case relating to medical negligence & seeking compensation for the amount of damages for Rs.2,57,00,000/-
I would like to request a refund of my court fee paid before the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission(NCDRC), as per section 58 (a) of the new amended act of 2019, NCRC is not the correct forum to entertain such complaints where the value of the goods and services paid as consideration exceeds rupees 2 crore, thus, the amount paid as consideration was of Rs.517000/- the correct forum to entertain such complaint is District Consumer Commission.
I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at earliest as possible. I would be obliged if you look into matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest.
