Hlo sir,this side Sonu Singh, I purchased 2 American trolley bags from Amazon, I received this order on 2 July , and at that time was out of town, I came in my station yesterday, Andi saw it was defected by scratches and I called to your coustomer care but they couldn’t help me what can i do I want to exchange this product please help me hope you will understand my situation
