On 18/9/2022 I Buy Internet Broadband connection From GTPL Broadband.
In Mistake I Payment Two Time.
GTPL Executive Take My Check Photo For Refund Process And Told Me That In 90 Days I Get Refund But Today 6 Month Up Already. I Did Not Get Any Refund.
Costmer Care I Called 4 Time. Everytime Costmer Executive Answer To Me That Now Our System Need To Update… Call Back later.
I Asked Office Address In Surat. But Her Say We Can Not Give Office Address.
2 Days Before I Find Office Address And I Go There And I Told Everything. He Said To Me Give Your Bank Account Statement PDF File For Proof Of Payment. I Looked Him Payment Reciept But He Told Me That He Don’t Need Payment Reciept.

How Can I Get Refund ???
Without Bank Account Detail How Can Company Refund????
