Dear Sir,
I have opted to take tikona internet connection for my residence 4C 1101 Dreams Society, Bhandup and have paid an amount of Rs. 2135/-. But today when the installation person came, I came to know from my society manager that they cannot allow tikona to install the internet connectivity as they already have 2 connections in the building.
In this case, I have spoken to customer care of tikona and they have already initiated refund of the said amount. The refund initiated no. 1-7829 073913. They assured me that I will get my refund within 20 days. But till date, I didn’t receive any refund amount instead I got a message that due to coronavirus, my installation is delayed.
I am attaching the payment receipt for your reference. Request you to take action as soon as possible.
