I Have Called Mobisos Costumer Care To Cancel My Application Well They Were Already Debited Money From My Account And They Give Me Website Address That Is Not Available To Claim For Refund

I booked order (13329223518761)of nokia 105 online on 24th march, I got my delivery on 30th march evening, on 30th march itself I told company that phone is bad but phone was not returned, I didn’t get any response from company. Please help me quickly, I have also given a complaint in the consumer court.
