I am Puja, facing issue with some of my orders in Myntra
1. One order is “Soch yellow flower embroidered kurta set of price 2809rs & Order ID # 1232655 10326666103103”. Which has been delivered to me one day before only, but there is no update yet. It is showing that product will be delivered today for 2days. So, I am not able to create exchange or return.
2. Second is “Biba cream colour motif print kurta set of price 2759rs & Order ID # 1232641 13563929400101”. For this I created return and has been picked up on 11th April. But status is still requested return. So refund has not been processed yet.
3. Third one is “Biba cream colour blue floral kurta set of price 2509rs & Order ID # 1232474 07626177169001. This product is not being picked by pick up agent. I created return on 8th April and since then delivery agent is cancelling my pick up without approaching me. I need to return it.
I am attaching all the screen shots for your reference. Kindly consider and solve my problem.
