I had booked ticket from bagdogra to Bangalore on 30/01/2023 for booking date of 4/2/2023, I got a call from varafi customer on 2/2/2023 saying that my flight has been aborted and the refund money has already been initiated from their side, literally it’s been 2 and half months now, but till now they did not refund my money I have been calling , mailing them frequently but they are not at all taking it seriously,….m sure they have this documented script that they deliver to each customer every time
