I booked tickets for 4 of my family members through happyeasygo from delhi to bhubaneswar for 9th of april,2023. They called me an said that i need to pay 2400 extra as the flight couldn’t be confirmed and now the price has increased. But they also gave me the confirmation that they will refund me the money on priority basis as it was a emergency and i needed the money but then they only refunded 2400 and 18921 is still pending and they are not answering my calls and mails
