IAS byju’s tablet course has been purchased by me on 9th March 2023 and the order for the tablet has been received on 17th March 2023 but unfortunately when I go through the tablet ,I was disappointed and I did not want to continue with the same. Therefore according to Byjus Refund policy ,there are 15 days to initiate the refund process so I just want to initiate my refund payment of rupees 90,000 which I have paid in cash via Paytm. Its been whole month of march having no solution from Byjus and my payment is not been refunded to me yet as the abovesaid company is not taking my matter seriously, I have also reported the matter to National Consumer Grievance Redressal. But no refund has been made.
