I have done a transaction by qr code from phone pe and bank account is paytm payment bank, which shows that time transaction faild so I make a another transaction after two minutes. I talked to phone pe they said that you should raise a chargeback query and chargeback process is not available in the paytm payment bank, please do some favour..
