It’s been a month now since we have asked for the refund of this order.It was cash on delivery Suitcase bag and return process was complete,after not getting the immediate return we called in for amazon customer service and they told us they would send a ticket for this issue and our refund would be there in 3-4 business days,It’s been 3 calls as such this now and almost a month now,recently at 8:40 on 15th Feb 2023 we called in the 4th time saying the same thing.It is indeed very important to get the refund soon as it’s a huge sum of money and this delay is really not convenient.Please check it and update us as soon as possible.
