My two orders of iphone 13 mobile phones and i have cancelled those products on 25th of January 2023 and till now the date is 14th of February 2023 but my refund is not credited yet to my original payment mode. As they continuously do false commitments to me about refund that my refund will be credit soon etc.

Same issue with me they are not initiating refund for my order cancelled on 24th jan
Till today 15-feb no refund is initiated
Everytime i call they say 4-7 working days to shut my mouth and they come back again with same excuse 4-7 working days
May be we need to take it legally on this
I have around 70,000 refund for an iphone order on 24jan2023 and i started bugging them daily , they stopped responding to my mails and disconnecting my calls as well from today 15feb2023

These guys should pay penalty amount as well for missing the timelines and wasting our time for followups
