I am writing to bring to your attention the issues I have faced regarding the Unique Buyer NLR-208 Lint Roller.
Firstly, I received the product in a damaged condition and requested a return and refund. I had mentioned in the return request that one or more accessories were broken but the pickup boy stated that I only had a return request and no damaged product return request. The pickup boy’s behavior was unacceptable, but I am willing to overlook it if my issue can be resolved.
I had generated my first return request on 31st Jan 2023, which was accepted by Flipkart, and the required documents were attached. However, the next day, the request was canceled. I generated a second return request on 1st Feb 2023, but it was also canceled the next day.
I had called customer care multiple times, and every time I was told to generate a return request again. I generated a third and fourth return request on 2nd and 3rd Feb 2023 respectively, but both of them were canceled the next day.
I am extremely frustrated with the way my issue has been handled, and it seems like no one is willing to help me resolve this matter. I have the bill and all required attachments and documents, and I am not willing to let this matter rest.
I would like to request you to please take immediate action and resolve my issue.
