Text of Complaint by Pawan:

I had bought a course (pronunciation course) for January and February from Speak More Clearly at $10. Then again they charged me $29 on 28 February for March month. I requested that several times by sending mails saying that I am not more interested to learn from you since lack of time. But, they haven’t responded. I just talked some hour ago on live chat in their website page(speakmoreclearly.com) and I found lying that they have sent me a mail as a response of refund. And, they are agree to refund $10 that I had bought for two months.( but any one could claim to refund within 60 days). My claim is that
they charged me $29 as a monthly membership. I mentioned that it was my mistake not doing unsubscribe from monthly membership. Also, I apologize for it, and they have said about it I must use this platform whether I study or not.
