Hello sir I have booked a flight by mistake on Lucknow to New delhi for 31.01.2023 with air asia and when I cancelled my flight booking they just give 194 RS/- as a refund amount. I have called customer care and tell this. But they refused to help me. Kindly help me to get my full refund. I have attached all the information below thanks.
