I have returned baby product to firstcry on 7th dec, and delivery boy have verfied all product before pickup then only he accepted. i got refund too. later on 30th dec when i was ordering some more product for baby they have cancelled order and deducted my money from cash refund, when i raised complaint then they told they have deduct because product returned on 7 th dec were different. When i asked any proof or image then they denied to show it, now i have given product also to them and money also they have deducted. first of all delivery boy compare product then only he accept. if product is different he never take it, still they are blaming this, and if they felt so why they have not call me before and informed me about it. hence requesting please process for my refund or give my product back
