I had ordered a pair of heels from Amazon and then I cancelled the order within 2 days after placing my order. I had already paid the amount and after cancellation they said that my refund would be ensured within 3-5 business working days but still I haven’t received my payment. It’s been more than 15 days so I would like to file a complaint regarding this. Please take necessary arrangements.
