Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked ticket through Travolook on 17/10/2022 and money got debited from my account. But the PNR never generated and the airlines didn’t issues any tickets. So Travolook should refund my money. But till today it is not refunded. Everytime they are saying false stories. Looks like this company is a cheated company and they are simply looted our money. Need stringent action against them.
