I booked a hp travel bus from Bangalore to Vijayawada through abhi bus app. During the payment i got some network issue and payment time lapsed but when i got to to a good network place, money was debited from my account.
The booking in the app termed the transaction unsuccessful so i send an email on the same and they claimed they will refund. No refund has been received two weeks later and they are now not replying to my emails.
