I am due a refund of ₹2000 for return of mesh router, I have been asking for the same since 06/10/22,everytime I call they say that this is been escalated. I’ve asked for the amount to be adjusted in my bill but they say that I have to pay.I don’t see the point if they still have to give me more than my billed amount.The refund can be put into my Airtel wallet which could make things simple.
Although Airtel has to give me monies they threatened to cut of my line is not paid on time.
