I made a bus booking through goibibo on 25th September 2022 at 12.28AM and saw that the bus fare of rupees 386 has been deducted from my a/c so i thought my booking is successful but after sometime I received a message that there was technical error and that they have received the payment and it will refunded within 2 working days.Days have passed but still I haven’t received the refund.
