I have booked a ticket from Guwahati to Chandigarh on 15.06. 2022, in the name of Dikshanta Kumar Bharadwaj @ the web site ‘https://www.travolook.in/’ the ticket was booked, and reference number is REF778303505 amount was deducted Rs. 5405/- and after 10 mins they gave a call and said that the ticket is cancelled and refund is initiated, but till date they have not refunded the amount. It is already 95 Days, whenever I call customer care they will say 7 working days, 72 hours, 48 hours and some time says within 24 hours we will refund the amount to my account,but there is no refund till date. Please arrange to amount refund to my bank account.
Please advice us how to contact this consumer court further , so many are in loss of money because of this travolook website. sir, please close this website and punish them in court of law
