I am a meesho customer. I have recently order a product and want to return because it is not working and it has a 7 days of return policy.And the app is not working where I can register the return
. So I tried to call the help centre and they said to me your return has been registered you’ll get a email with 4-5 working days. But after a week no message or Gmail had came . So I tried once again to call help centre and try to convince them that my complaint has been registered by your employee but they said sorry we can’t do anything. Please help me to get my money back
