Dear Sir/Madam,
Mine is a small proprietary firm and issue with the refund of my amount from the seller. Through an internet I have found Legal forum india and checked in. A self proclaim advocate Sabhita called me and assured to recover full amount + compensation + entire Legal fees paid within 21 days. Where I have submitted all the relevant documents along with Rs. 1768.82. After there was 3-4 days pause. Later another self proclaim advocate Tripthi Kurinja called me and asked me for an approval over the drafted petition. I had put my inputs and approved. Latter there was no any response to calls, mails and whatsapp. It’s been a month now and there is no any response.
This Legal forum india operates by few fraudant advocate especially women. I request you to look into this fraudant and recover my full amount from Legal forum india.
I have had a very similar experience with the same advocate Tripthi Kurinja. Initially my case was undertaken by case manager Rajeshwari , later Tripthi Kurinja sent me legal notice draft that I have reviewed and approved. I was told the notice was served to the dealer on 16-August but there has been no response since then.

I have had a very similar experience with the same advocate Tripthi Kurinja. Initially my case was undertaken by case manager Rajeshwari , later Tripthi Kurinja sent me legal notice draft that I have reviewed and approved. I was told the notice was served to the dealer on 14/feb/23 but there has been no response since then. They never picked up the call and never reply on WhatsApp and email.
