I booked a flight from Pune to Delhi on 9th July 2022. Payment of rupee 4449 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. From the 9th of July to the current date I called them 6-7 times to their customer support team but only got the same response Like- the amount will credit to your account in the upcoming week. But it has been approx 1 month since I did not get my refund.
