Recently I purchased a item with order id
OD22547093685028600.
But i received different product with colour mismatch and un fit size. So i immediately place a refund for which the pick up date was on 25 july but out of my surprise when I logged in on 25 july i saw that refund was rejected. So i again placed the refund on 25 july for which the pick up date was in 28 july. Out of box again when j checked today insaw that it was cancelled again.
FYI, I called the Cust. Care regarding this they have no info regarding cancel of my refund dated pickup of 25 july. But they insisted and assured me of having a successful pick up on 28 july. I have asked them of refund policy that is going to end on 27 july she/he told that the refund is placed within return period so the return will be valid but now the return is cancelled and they told that return policy is over.
How flipkart as a brand is doing fraud and missellinng.. This is your customer service providing to your customer.
You guys are fooling in name of seller policy.
Kindly refer the seller policy.
Also improve your logistics team support to customer
Kindly refund the amount to my original payment method.
