Text of Complaint by Brijesh k pala:

I bought tickets for Tomorrowland Music Festival on 03/03/2022 order no : FW1-RZKJGX6MQ8 which happens in Belgium in July 2022. As a part of package it included my flight tickets ( 21/07/2022 from Bombay to Brussels Belgium and 25/07/2022 from Brussels Belgium to Bombay ) , Hotel reservation at Warwick Brussels Grand Place and entry to the event. At the time of booking i was informed and i have an email confirmation as well from the event company that i will be receiving my tickets before 25/06/2022. However the tickets were not sent until 14/07/2022 that too after sending multiple emails to them as a result of delay in sending tickets from their end , i could not attend the event and now they are declining my refund. Its a clear Breach from their end because i have received an email which clearly specifies tickets should be sent 1 month before the event so that we have time for applying for Visa. Visa application takes minimum of 3 weeks as per the standard SLA or sometimes more . Because they did not sent tickets on time my visa is still on hold with Belgium embassy and hence as a result i was not able to attend the event. Though they failed to send tickets on time now They are denying my Refund. I need help in getting my Refund as they failed to send tickets on time.
